Pre Ordering is now open for your team! Here is how the process works:
Your deposit of $25 will ensure that your athlete will receive an individual photograph on photo day. Depending on time and weather, more than one look or pose will be offered in your proof gallery for viewing and purchase. You will also receive a $25.00 coupon voucher towards any print/download package. You will automatically see that coupon applied to your purchase at time of checkout.
Proofs can take up to 3 weeks after the shoot to become available especially during peak seasons of spring and fall. If you have pre-ordered, you will automatically receive notification via email and on your mobile device that proofs are available for viewing and purchase. The link sent to you will take you directly to your child's gallery. View your photos, make your selections and pay for your photos directly from any device. If you purchased any package containing downloads, they will become available shortly after checkout. Print packages will be shipped directly to you in about 5-7 business days.
When pre-ordering, please keep in mind the following:
1) If pre-ordering for more than one child, you MUST place each order separately. We need to generate each access code individually.
2) For outdoor shoots, in the event of rain or heavy winds, we will make every effort to reschedule the shoot and your pre-order deposit will be held. Moving the shoot to an indoor location will also be a possible option when rescheduling outside is not possible. In the rare event that we cannot reschedule, all pre-order deposits will be refunded.
3) Unfortunately, we cannot refund pre-order deposits after your child has been photographed. However, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Please email our office at info@lispn.com if you are not completely satisfied with your child's photo proofs.
4) If your child is sick on the day of the shoot or sustains an injury prior to the shoot, please email us at info@lispn.com to arrange for alternative options. Your child may be able to attend a different shoot later on if they are healthy.
*** Pre-Ordering in advance is the ONLY way to guarantee that an individual photo of your child will be taken. We are not able to take any orders or payments on-site. All athletes will be photographed as part of their team photo regardless of order status. ****
